INFORMATION ON DATA PROCESSING

 

We wish to inform you that the  Regulation (EU) n. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016   (GDPR) provides for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free circulation of such data.

According to the indicated legislation, this treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of your privacy and your rights. Pursuant to Article 13 of the Regulation, therefore, we provide you with the following information:

1. Purpose and legal basis of the processing

The Data Controller processes personal data during pre-contractual activities, the conclusion of contracts and for the management of customers and suppliers

Your personal data are processed:

  1. A) even without your express consent but in full lawfulness pursuant to art. 6 lett. b), e) of the GDPR, for the following Service Purposes:

  2. preliminary requirements for the stipulation of contracts;

  3. sending offers / contracts;

  4. the fulfillment of the obligations and the execution of the operations envisaged by the stipulated contracts;

  5. the execution of the obligations and fulfilments (administrative, fiscal, accounting, safety and health in the workplace, the environment, etc.) established by current legislation;

  6. the sending of circulars, explanatory material and technical / commercial communications

  7. fulfill the obligations established by law, by a regulation, by community legislation or by an order of the Authority;

7. to exercise the rights of the owner, for example the right to defense in court;

  Communication of data and recipients of personal data

We inform you that  Your data may be disclosed, for the sole purposes referred to above, listed in point 1:

  1. to all subjects to whom the right of access is recognized by law, regulations or other community legislation; 2. to those in charge of processing, who operate under the direct authority of the owner, following the instructions given; 3. professional firms and / or companies that provide us with certain accounting, tax, administrative, financial and / or legal services connected and instrumental to the provision of the requested service;  5. to banks and credit institutions for making payments

Your data may be inserted and disseminated, by reason of the company name only, in the list of the main customers who work with our company.

hThe treatment is carried out by the owner, the managers and the persons in charge of the treatment. All the persons appointed will carry out the processing operations exclusively, on behalf of the Data Controller, within the limits, with the forms and according to the methods expressly indicated in the respective appointment documents.

Personal data are not subject to disclosure . Personal data is not subject  a transfer to a third country or an international organization.

 

  1. Provision of data and data retention period

The provision of data is strictly necessary for the purpose of carrying out the activity referred to in point 1.A) above and constitutes an obligation for the interested party. Failure to provide it will make it impossible to execute the contractual relationship with the SV Your personal data are subjected to both paper and electronic processing.

 

The data will be processed for the duration of the contractual relationships established with the SV and, subsequently, for the duration necessary for the fulfillment of Ns. legal and tax obligations. Failure to provide  it will make it impossible to execute the contractual relationship with the SV The owner announces that the data retention period will coincide, according to the purposes of the processing and in any case for no more than 10 +1 years from the termination of the relationship for the purposes of service.

  1. Rights of the interested party

In your capacity as an interested party, you have the rights referred to in art. 15 GDPR and precisely the rights of:

request and obtain from the data controller - without "justified delay" - confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him are being processed and the following information (Article 15 of the GDPR):

  1. a) the purposes of the processing; b) the categories of personal data in question; c) the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular if they are recipients of third countries or international organizations; d) when possible, the retention period of the personal data envisaged or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine this period; e) the existence of the right of the interested party to ask the data controller to correct or delete personal data or to oppose their treatment; f) the right to complain to a supervisory authority, eg. to the Guarantor Authority; h) the existence of an automated decision-making process, including the profiling referred to in Article 22, paragraphs 1 and 4, and, at least in such cases, significant information on the logic used, as well as the importance and expected consequences of such processing for the interested party.

2. If personal data are transferred to a third country or to an international organization, the interested party has the right to be informed of the existence of adequate guarantees pursuant to Article 46 relating to the transfer

  1. The data controller provides a copy of the personal data being processed. In case of further copies requested by the interested party, the data controller may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs. If the interested party submits the request by electronic means, and unless otherwise indicated by the interested party, the information is provided in a commonly used electronic format.

  2. The right to obtain a copy referred to in paragraph 3 must not affect the rights and freedoms of others

Where applicable, it also has the rights referred to in Articles. 16-21 GDPR (Right of rectification, right to be forgotten, right to limitation of treatment, right to data portability, right to object)  and the right of Article 7 to withdraw consent, for processing carried out on the basis of consent
